This is a a simple dish with chicken and vegetables that fits to my budget. I can save more time and effort working in the kitchen . It does not not require too many ingredients but definitely love by my family because of its flavor.
This is a a simple dish with chicken and vegetables that fits to my budget. I can save more time and effort working in the kitchen . It does not not require too many ingredients but definitely love by my family because of its flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo boneless chicken thigh/breast , cut into 2cm cubes
- 2 pcs. zuccini, cut into cubes
- 1 medium-sized carrot, cut into cubes
- vegetable oil
- 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp cayene pepper
- salt and black pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Marinate the chicken in worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil in the wok over medium heat; Add the onion and chicken, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until almost cook.
- Add the garlic, carrot and zuccini and stir fry for another 3-5 minutes
- Add cayene pepper and oyster sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes. ,
- Serve hot with steamed rice
- Option: Chopped peanut can be added to have extra crunch and garnishing.
